Instructions
  1. For casserole combine all ingredients and mix together until smooth and well blended. Using a mixer is fine on low speed.
  2. Pour casserole ingredients into a 9 x 9 pan.
  3. Mix all topping ingredients together. Spread evenly across casserole mixture.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool for 5-10 minutes and serve.
Recipe Notes

Our group likes this casserole sweet so we generally use a larger pan 9 x 14 and double the amount of topping for an extra scrumptious casserole.
